Simply, here is the way things went for us. First, the hotel people lost our luggage eventhough we had our claim ticket. They couldn't locate them for the first hour till my husband went down and had to search among hundreds of luggage till he found them himself and that took a way the two hours of sunshine we had to go swimming. Second, They wouldn't clean our room eventhough we would leave for 7 hours and push the houskeeping button for service, it took a few calls and that was repeated every day of our stay and for the last two days, we just had to clean up and organize ourselves. Third, they charged us for $20.00 a day for coffee and newspaper after they told me they charge this amount for the whole stay. Moreover, they didn't provide us with coffee (2 cups worth) where we had to go down and purchase our coffee from Starbucks at the hotel itself, therefore, we ended up spending $40.00 aday for coffee, and also, we never saw the newspaper. Fourth, I was told there was a shuttle to the airport that comes at 6 am, when we went down to check out, there was no one at the desk. We were told to walk to another tower for the shuttle. After we walked to tower 2, we were told that they don't have a shuttle. As we were running out of time, we asked them to call a taxi for us and no one responded. I guess they couldn't understand us since we didn't have cash in our hands to spread among them.

I loved this hotel, especially for the money. My boyfriend and I wanted a place that would be quieter than the usual strip hotels, but where we could use the gym and facilities without paying a surcharge for each day (though to be fair, here we did pay a $20/night resort fee - but to use the gym at strip hotels it would have been $17/day per person - - ouch!). We got a lot in this hotel - a large room with a full kitchen (that was fully equipped), very comfortable bed, view of the pool and strip, etc. BUT, we needed to print something and went to the business center and none of the terminals were working. We had to go through 3 people who could not help us (and I felt, did very little to try)

the hotel room was excellent but the walking from one tower to another was impossible to get into casino or monorail or even eating in a resturant you had to fight the crowd and our legs were tired from walking from the room to the casino I know walking is good for you and m y husband and I do walking every day at home but walking to go outside or to monorail was unbeleivable and it was hard work just to get some where also they dont have shuttles to take you anywhere from point a to b .
