We've traveled alot with our kids and these accomodations are among the very best. Huge master bath, huge master bed and living room. Tons of closets and drawers for clothes. Spotless. Room service was excellent. Front desk, concierge and valets - all VERY helpful and very courteous. Try to get a high floor on the "strip side" for best views. Tower one is closest to everything but also has a nightclub. We stayed in tower 3 and didn't mind the extra 2-minute walk Highly recommend the Terry Fator puppet show and Blue Man Group for kids 7+. Strongly suggest you avoid Cirq "Love" show. Buy show tix once you're here at one of the same-day ticket kiosks - and there are many of them - you'll save mucho money. Also, with a big fridge and complete kitchen, you can save a fortune on food and booze by buying it off property and keeping it in your room. We'll definitely stay here again.

This Hotel is everything you could ask for. The staff was friendly, funny, polite and extremely helpful. The spa is to die for. For those who complained about the "Walk" between towers to the MGM - all I can say is "when did having to do a little walking become a reason to trash a Hotel reputation". This was a non-casino Hotel and they made sure you were well away from all casino activity. Overall this was a wonderful stay with all staff willing to do whatever it takes to make sure you have a wonderful experience. My only problem was the internal Hotel announcement alert - and Security automatically opening the suite doors whether occupied or unoccupied - when security was asked if guest should leave the rooms/floor the female security officer got smart with my spouse, that we didn't appreciate. The MGM pool had cabana's for $*-$*dollars where the Signature had cabana's for free with waitress service and snacks. I would totally recommend this Hotel to families, couples. If you want to get away from the smoke and noise the Casino floor can bring then the Signatures @ MGM Grand it the place to stay, I will come again. Ask for Audrey - she is the best the Hotel has to offer in front desk staff.

While the rooms are nice, there are many other places on the strip that have nice rooms and have much better sevice. My husband and I had stayed at the main MGM hotel several times and always been extremely pleased so we tried the signature, big mistake!! When we arrived our room was not ready (note we were there around Christmas and nothing on the strip appeared to be more than about half full). As we were waiting several other people came and were given rooms. When we went back up to the desk we were informed that those people were all in upgraded suites. We were told, if we upgraded they might be able to accommodate us sooner. I was not interested in paying a couple of hundred dollars a night more to get into a room that should have been ready for us sooner. After about 40 minutes our room on the 2nd floor overlooking the loading dock was ready. While I don't go to Vegas for the view, this room was nothing to wait for. Upon finally checking in, we were informed of the $*a night resort fee. I looked through all of my paperwork and could find nothing on it about a resort fee. The manager came out and was finally able to find the resort fee small print on some tertiary page of the website. I was told the resort fee included valet parking (we flew inso no car), private pool access (it was snowing and all pools were closed), access to work out facilities (closed for all but one of the days we were there), and coffee (we got two packest on the first day and that was it). I have never been treated so rudely! They are only interseted in guestswith money!!!

I had a great stay at this hotel in Vegas. I stayed with a group of 3 young women and we booked one of their junior suites. Upon check-in, we received a room on the 35th floor with a view of the strip. It was amazing!! The room was big enough for 4 people and the bathroom was huge! A short distance from MGM Grand (with moving walkways to get you there quicker!) and the strip. Concereige was extremely helpful and booked both dinner reservations and a Grand Canyon trip for us. Full access to both the Signature pools and the MGM Grand pool (with 5 pools!). Lots of restaurants close, by including a food court and more upscale dining. Monorail is close by as well, and you can ride for $* a day unlimited up and down the strip. Love the private, gated entrance, felt very secure and quiet. A non-gaming, non-smoking hotel so pizza delivery can be delivered right to your hotel room! Would definitely stay in this hotel again!

Travelers should realize that this was apparently (per can driver) a planned timeshare that was converted to hotel use. Better pool at main MGM. The facility seems most suited for families and people who want amenities that come as their resulting "suites," including a kitchenette. But while I was there the "party" atmosphere was a bit too high for what I look for in a Vegas setting so some families may not want that either. Younger crowd during my visit. There was a lot of screaming on the floor at 3 AM two nights in a row. You must use a walkway (enclosed) to reach the main MGM so plan to do some walking. Debit card users beware the hotel takes a hard charge deposit at check-in (for my stay more than $*). I did not charge anything while in residence and am still waiting for a refund. At check in the desk clerk announced that the reservation was from travelosity. This was startling and I took it negatively. The room was on the 3rd floor (low) overlooking the monorail - although Planet Hollywood and other hotels did have nice lights at night. The room itself was indeed nicely appointed but some soiling on the furniture fabric distracted from that. Daily housekeeping was fantastic. I encountered long waits at check in & check out. Because I had to get to the airport I gave my keys to the concierge but he explained he could not access my billing information nor arrange to have a printout sent to me. Instead I gad to call & ask for one, which was to be emailed - but it never came although I confirmed the email address twice (checked spam too). For the cost there are better Vegas options.
