We usually stay at one of the hotel/casinos in the center- Flamingo, Bally's... but we wanted to experience luxury and elegance. Trump knows what he is doing. The room was great. It had everything we need. The bed was soooo comfortable, I didn't want to go home to mine. The bathroom spoiled me with the big shower, the TV in the mirror and the hot tub/jacuzzi. That felt great after walking all day long. Shuttle service available to other hotel/casinos. Food was great, the bar in the lobby was excellent. Staff was available 24/7. Elegant AND affordable. I would definitely stay there again....

We upgraded to a 1100 square feet suite for $50.00 per night. It was beautiful, full kitchen top of the line appliances, Viking and Sub Zero, 2 bathrooms. Great location, steps accross the street from the Fashion Show Mall and very close to the Wynn. Free shuttle service to & from the Wynn and Caesars. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone.

First time staying at a non-gaming hotel and would definitely stay again! Beautiful, clean, extremely friendly staff, great location - right across the street from Fashion Show Mall, shuttles to the Wynn every 15 minutes. Did not dine at the restaurant, but ordered room service and food was OK, not bad. However, other fabulous restaurants are so close it didn't matter. Would definitely stay again!

What I liked about the Trump; the smell of the lobby is always great; the rooms were large; the bathrooms were great; Marcus, the bartender, was a class-act and great guy; it was across the street from Nordstrom and the Fashion Show Mall. What I didn't like about the Trump; the 12am, 1am, 430am, 630 am trains "choo chooing" and waking me up EVERY night (not an over exaggeration). Seriously, I couldn't believe something "high end" had actual train noise recurring nighly. If you book, specifically request to NOT be on the side of the train tracks (if that's possible). I really couldn't believe it. I was on the 18th floor, too!

We upgraded to a suite for a reasonable amount ($50 per night) and it has to be said the space was lovely. It's also nice to stay in a hotel that is not a casino. The bathroom was almost the size of our bedroom at home. However, we arrived back at the hotel after our first day out at about 5:30pm and the room had not been cleaned. I called the front desk and asked why and they told me I had not put on the "House Keeping" button to get service. (Do Not Disturb button was completely off.) I asked if they could tidy the room up while we were away that evening, they said yes and to just set the button. When we arrived home at 11:30 that night the room was still not cleaned. I called again and they apologized and said they could send someone up, but at that point we were just ready to sleep. The rooms are lovely, but I feel that the service of a 5 star hotel should be more accommodating. We also paid for a strip view and received the complete far end of the strip, looking towards the Stratosphere.
