Overall, I loved the whole look and feel of Red Rock Hotel and Casino. Though, their employees seem to not be informed about all of the amenities. We had to take many avenues to get simple answers from the staff including wrist band usage for the pool, the kids club and changing our room to something more accommodating. Also, we booked an extra room when we got there and they messed up and only booked it one night. One more thing is that their pools are amazing but it was disappointing because they shut the whole pool and spa area down by 7pm. We wanted to use it later in the evening.

Our stay at the Red Rock Casino last week was truly a delight in every way. We did not know what to expect as this was our first experience. It was a wonderful surprise! The lavish hotel and amendities were top notch. The personnel extremely helpful, courteous and warm. Breakfast at the Cafe was delicious and we found it to be so lovely that my husband took pictures to show our friends back home. We took advantage of the shuttle service to the strip which was right on time and it, too, was a great experience. We chatted with new people and shared a lot of laughter. We would not hesitate to return to the Red Rock Casino Resort whenever time permits. In our estimation, Red Rock surpassed all expectations and then some. We would, without a doubt, recommend our family and friends to Red Rock. Thanks again!!

The hotel room was really pretty and very comfortable. We almost hated to leave the room. The bathroom was phenomenal and absolutely spotless. The hotel rooms are situated just right where you don't hear any noise from any of the other rooms. The front desk staff at check-in was the best; however, we did experience some delay when calling the front desk at 10:00 p.m.; we were left on hold a long time and had to hang up and call back twice. However, overall experience was excellent and would definitely stay there again. The entire hotel/casino staff was very friendly.

This was my first experience in Vegas and I enjoyed the trip immensely. The Hotel was fabulous and the views were spectacular. The rooms were clean, contemporary and comfy. My husband and I were like "deer in headlights" when we first traveled the grounds. Before booking, I researched hotels over the net and found that this was likely the best choice for our family. Our 3 year old enjoyed the Kids Zone and refused to leave.
