Very nice room with view of the Strip, with fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. First class accommodations at a very reasonable price. Excellent value. Only complaint is hotel parking is on the 9th through 13th floor of the structure making getting in and out a little tedious.

Would not stay here to far from all the casinos. Did not like check in valet parking $* a day or $* to park your own car. Did not have a resturant in hotel. All they want to do is sell you a time share if we listen to there time shares information they would buy us dinner well there is no resturant in hotel so we would have to pay taxi cab fare everytime we rode in a taxi it was a different price so they are really taking advantage of tourist. Would not stay here again.

I stayed at the Signature MGM for a week and missed my flight on the way out of Vegas so had to stay another night. I chose the HGVS because of the price and availability. Overall, the resort was very nice and Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the paint colors and furniture were refreshing (although I felt they went a little overboard on the blues). The small kitchen was a nice feature - although coming from the Signature I missed the extras like the small quisinart blender and nicely stocked amenities (the plastic silverwear tray was kind of tacky).I was impressed to see slow close toilet seats - a small detail that so many hotels overlook - including the Signature MGM! The fitness center was perfect and the pool area was enjoyable although it was difficult to find a spot that wasn't taken. My only complaint is the 10 am checkout which is WAY too early for Vegas (or anywhere).

05/15/2010Staff was first rate, as was the room. didn't use any hotel facilities, so cannot comment on them. would recommend a stay here. very quiet, clean and top rate.
