I stayed at the Las Vegas Club for 3 nights over St. Patricks Day and March Madness basketball. The first night they put is in the room that we did not reserve. I had reserved a room in the North (newer) Tower with one king sized bed. They put us in a room in the South Tower with two beds. The first night the toilet backed up and someone had to come in at 3 am to fix it. At 5 am I heard dripping water. The room above us was using the shower. Our tub filled up almost halfway with drain water from above us. It was disgusting dirty water with muck from the drains. Someone had to come in then to fix that. We did not shower that morning and immediately went and changed rooms to the room we had reserved. The room in the North Tower was very nice & clean. The room in the South Tower did not seem that way at all. Also, there was a $* deposit that I had to put on my personal card in addition to the Travel agency reservation. They messed up refunding it (told me it was because I booked through Travel agency) and it took over a week for them to have paperwork saying they refunded it (hopefully I see it in my bank account next week). When we called to have the toilet and shower fixed, they responded quickly, but it wasn't something I was expecting to have to do in the middle of the night. If you stay here, I'd suggest the North Tower. The location is great if you are planning on staying on Fremont Street and the price was comparable to the other accommodations on Fremont Street.

I find it very entertaining reading one star reviews of a place that charges on average 20 per night! What are you expecting for that price? Theyre not gonna throw rose petals at your feet when you walk in the door nor will you be bathing in champagne while eating caviar if you stay at the Vegas Club. I stay here every time Im in Vegas and Ive always loved it. The rooms are old #40you get what you pay for#41 but theyre actually quite big compared to similarly priced places downtown. The sheets are clean and so are the bathrooms the AC works theres plenty of hot water the roof doesnt leak and theres no bugs! What more do you want for this price? This like most other places downtown is for grownups who just need a place to sleep and shower while doing Vegas if you want or need to be pampered then look elsewhere. This is basically a motel with a casino they check you in then leave you alone. Service oriented hotels charge A LOT more than this so dont expect to receive what your not paying for. Lets be real people.

My room smelled like smoke. The outlete plugs did NOT work. The table that they expected people to eat on looked someone ran 10 miles on top of it. The bath tub was dirty and the bed sheets had a funny smell to them. The rooms are totally out dated and the entire hotel needs to be graded. It's a shame they even make people put a deposit on the rooms, I wouldn't take anything out of that room if they paid me to. This hotel caused me to have the worst Vegas trip EVER! First and last time I will ever stay there.
