We thought we were getting a deal on the room but they charge you for everything at this hotel. It costs $20 just to work out in their fitness center, which was completely empty by the way. They charge for the in-room internet and for the business center internet - neither of which was specified on their website which is what made me so upset. False advertising! Also, you cannot bring any food or drinks even ones from the hotel itself out to the pool area. Everything has to be bought there. The new spa at Palms Place was really nice and Moon and Playboy Club were good too but you don't need to stay there. There are much better deals. Good beds but no vanity which really stunk for us girls trying to get ready. Also, one day the maid service didn't clean our room till after 5 p.m. and we had to call. Not cool.

Dont Stay Here! Beware this hotel has the worst slot machines in Las Vegas. Very small hotel compare to the others on the Strip. If you stay here be ready to pay 10.00$ cab fair every time you leave and come back. The clubs are the not best. The Bank and Pure at the Bellagio is much better. Super expensive room service. The bed covers are very dirty. When room service cleaned the room all that was left was a cloud of dust from the beding. The sink and tub were always clog. Rude front desk. At check out beware they will charge you for opening the min-bar. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Bellagio or the Ceaser, or anywhere on the strip. This hotel is nothing unless you are a celbrity staying in the suites seen on TV.

Rooms were nice but very noisy people next door. Kept us up at night. Nothing to do inside of hotel except gamble. NO good shopping there. Had to find someone to ask for a drink.Have to take taxi to other places. Liked staying on the strip better.

i went to the palms last year for a friends graduation present and we loved it!! the rooms were great - super comfortable beds and housekeeping gave us extras of everything. the pool was the best part - great music and the banana daquiri is to die for. it's definately a place for younger travellers, but if you read any reviews on the palms you would know that - we are visiting again this year for a longer stay

The room smelled like Ben Gay when we walked in and then there was a stain on the bed sheets and the bathroom floor had hair all over the place. Also, the sink was clogged so, it took forever for the water to drain. Also, I think that they should let the hotel guest go to the bars for free/complimentary. It was dead and they were still charging $25/head to get into the Ghost Bar.
