Spent one night at the Gold Coast while passing through Las Vegas. The location is great, casino has low table limits, drinks flow freely, good reasonably priced food options and the rooms were comfortable. I stayed in a room that wasn't renovated, but it was clean, well maintained and comfortable (the mattresses were new since my last stay). I would recommend the Gold Coast to anyone who wants a hotel versus a resort. The pool and fitness center aren't resort style, but they are available. The $* resort fee is a little annoying, but at that cost almost not an issue. The resort fee gets you a coffee maker in the room basically.

I usually come here when I receive an email about free rooms. My last visit was very nice. Hotel gave us a suite, which was alright compared to other hotels, and service is good and casino dealers are sometimes friendly. For the price we payed ($* for room) and experience we had, we had an excellent time. TGIF in hotel is fun to go to if you're in the mood for a sitdown, casual experience. Game tables look old but I'm not too picky as long as I'm winning. If you play table games and you are a member of their Coast Casinos, they always send free rooms, also something good.

Very Clean and reasonable price, free shuttle to the strip and then you can get a bus pass if you want to ride the strip and get off where you want all day. Large casino and good food and a 70 lane bowling alley inside the Gold Coast. Also, only $* resort fee per night compared to $* for some others.

If you are looking for a good value then I would recommend the Gold Coast. It was a comfortable room (if you want fancy and ornate, go somewhere else.) The location was very good, (close to the strip) and the hotel and casino were much less crowded than most of the others that we have visited. The price was great, especially for a weekend. The buffet was good and less expensive than other comparable ones. I would stay there again.

Hotel was very nice; casino provides all games found in other hotels. Easy to park if driving, very large parking lot so no problems there. Room was large, bed comfy, however I would highly recommend to upgrade to a deluxe room as the bathroom in a standard is not very big; also the window in the bathroom can open which is nice, however in my location was a very foul smell. Overall for the price, it was a very good experience and I would stay here again, only in a deluxe room! Front desk staff very pleasant, restaurants very good at a good price.
