Stayed at a mountain view room on the ninth floor. So was away from the pool, which is fine since they pump music all day. So was quite during the whole stay. No problem with airplane noise, did not notice them at all infact. The room was clean as it could be, considering that the place is a non-stop party and they try to quickly turnover your room to the next guest. Bed comforable, the standard pillow top mattress. Maid service was attentive, don't forget to tip them. The best part was the Pool, on the weekday, you just had to show them your guest room key. On the weekend, Friday and Saturday, go to the registration desk to pickup the wristband, which is understandable. Sunday for Rehab, go to the desk across Ago to get the Rehab wristband. Food, lots of happy hour deals, at the Center Bar 4-8 and Pink's 4-7. Casino action, always good, depending on the convention nearby. Beginning of the weekday, had Skinworxxx hosting a private party at wasted space. Weekend, Friday Night Concert at the Hard Rock pool ;George Clinton; and Rehab on Sunday, so lots of southern california people, following weekday Affliction launch party and fashion convention. Casino minimum on table games was $ during the day on weekday and goes up to $ on weekend during day. Weekday at night was $and weekend was $ to $. On Weekend, the Hell Bells perform ;go go dancer; which adds to the atmosphere but nothing unique since a lot of hotels/casino in vegas are doing the same.

My 16 yr. old son and I went to Hard Rock to see George Clinton Aug. 28th. We parked across the street at CVS strip mall after a day of shopping about 8:48. The casino was so loud you couldn't talk, couldn't get around easily because it was so crowded, couldn't get anyone to help with directions to poolside for the show, there are several different entrances. Casino and poolside both very dirty. Show was supposed to start at 9:00, started at 10:20. Went back to the car at 11:48 and it was BOOTED. There are signs about not parking but not anywhere you can see them, they are on the walls up by the stores, none in actual parking spots. Cost $ CASH! to get my car back. Felt like I was ripped everywhere we went in Vegas. Will not be back to Hard Rock ever or Las Vegas anytime soon.

I had the same experience as another guest at this hotel. I got a great deal on the room and rented a car as a bundle for a great price for 3days. The deposit they charge for incidentals was double what I paid for the entire trip. They also hold this money for up to 10days. The worst part was the end when checking out, they tried to charge me for using the soap and shampoo. While I got the charges reversed, the cleark at the desk said they were mini bar items and I used them. So watch out for this if you go. I will have to say the place is nice, the pool is great, the room was great. But having those 2 things happen just ruins the whole weekend. I guess the Hard Rock is so hard up for money they attack you with neusance charges.
