This was our 1st time staying at the Hard Rock in the Paradise Towers. The rooms are awesome! The beds and pillows are so comfortable! We got a mountain view room.. We had a great view of the parking garage. Anyone who gets this room, make sure you are above the 7th floor. Also, Rehab was great! But expensive. Drinks were $*for a 22oz cup. And sunday we would have had to pay to get into Rehab, its $* per person, they said its because we got our room at a discounted rate, otherwise we would have been free to get in. We ate breakfast at a little coffee shop, its was $* for a chicken sandwich, a fruit cup and a bottle of water. Anyone who goes to Club Paradise, its a strip club across from Hard Rock, walk there. They charge $* per person if you show up in a cab. We had to pay it even though we're locals. All in all, the Hard Rock wasnt bad. Its an up beat place with lots to do, just bring lots of money cause its not cheap!

My husband and I have stayed at the Hard Rock 2 to 3 times a year for the last 3 years. Always enjoyed ourselves before, but this last stay was horrible. All the hotel clubs and pool cost you extra! If you want to go to one of their clubs you have to pay and before you always got in free as a hotel guest. Now it's only "special" guests who get this option. Also they charge a daily resort fee every day and you don't even get to use the pool on Sundays. We always have stayed just so we could go to Rehab on Sunday's there, that's the only reason we stay at an off strip hotel, and now they charge even the hotel guests the same price as non-hotel guests! Completely ridiculous a hotel that doesn't cater to their guests!!! Are you kidding me??? And they don't even tell you at check in. The front desk was very short, unfriendly and all about hurrying you along to get the next guest. The rooms were very nice we stayed in the new tower however it doesn't make up for bad customer service and a front desk that offers you no help at all. Very disappointed and will stay at one of the other hotels who have the same as this hotel pool offers but makes it free to STAYING hotel guests, and there are many out there including!!

From the time we arrived (june 5th-june 9th 2010) until we left we had the worst customer service that I have had in my entire life. The front desk were rude and unprofessional and told us we didnt have 2 rooms close by and that it would be close to the next day until we could get a room that was connected with our other friends. (had purchased our hotel/airfare in mid march) then they tell us theres only 1 bed in the room. We only went because of the Rehab pool party on Sunday and we were very unsatisfied with the customer service. theres so many hidden fees so please if you stay here be aware of paying $100 for wrist bands that are suppose to be included for the pool party, lawn chairs are rented out starting at $50 minimum oh and theres the hidden fee for the rooms that we had to pay at our checkout...In my room we had problems with our sink the stopper would not lift up. the shower was clogged and would not drain. we were suppose to have the newer rooms as we were told but instead we had the room that was old fashioned and had pictures of cows and western like picture frames hanging over our heads. I urge you not to stay here.

I just returned from a 2 night stay at the Hard Rock Casino & Hotel in Vegas. I will never stay there again. They closed the pool at 6 pm because they said they weren't busy enough to keep it open. My husband and I just wanted to sit outside in one of the cabanas by the pool, but we were told that we couldn't because there was no life guard on duty. We were wearing long pants and it was obvious that we were not going to swim. We paid our money and expected to use the pool. They also closed alot of the game tables. You can't count on the pool, game tables, stores, etc. being open if they think they aren't busy enough. They offer internet access but you have to pay $* per day to use it. I have never been charged for internet access at any other place I have stayed. They charged us over $* for some shampoo & conditioner that we didn't use or bring home with us. When we checked in they told us that the room rate was $* per night and then after we registered they told us there was a $* a day resort fee. The soft drink machine on our floor was empty when we arrived and was still empty when we left. So we had to go down a floor to get a soda or pay a a rediculous fee for one from the wet bar. Half of the people who work there couldn't speak English, so they were unable to answer any question that we asked. If you stay there beware of hidden charges.

Stayed Kenny Chesney weekend. Would never stay again. Don't waste your money here. There are other hotels that we ended up hanging out at that were more fun and more accommodating(in vegas you can go to other hotels and hang out). This hotel is a joke. Very disatisfied.
