03/28/2011So i just come home from staying at this hotel.when we got there at 7:30p.m., we stood in line for 2 hours just to check in.when ...
So I just come home from staying at this hotel.When we got there at 7:30p.m., we stood in line for 2 hours just to check in.When we got to the room,well yes it was clean and looked nic,but to start it off the patio door was very hard to open, the shower was backed up,the toilet took for ever to flush,the blow dryer didnt work,and the elevators took forever either way. We didnt pay $* for a room and the food was way expensive. I do not thank anyone should stay there.

The hotel was clean. There could have been more help at checkin. When we checked in at midnight or later, there was about 50 people ahead of us and they only had three clerks doing checkins. They did add one more but it still took quite a while. After checking in they told us where the elevator was - three elevators - one was open and not working - one didn't move off the 6th floor. So one elevator for all the people who had checked in. They never said a word about the other elevators you could use. They advertise $* & $* rooms - but then they charge $* for a child 11-12 yrs old. That is not a savings!

When I booked the flight & hotel package at a discount, I didnt expect that the customer service at the hotel would be discounted too. I stood in line at the front desk to check in for 45 mins. Maybe everyone was on break because there was only 2 people working. The others kept peeping out of the back room window. When I finally got to the front the employee greeted me like she was ready to jump off the tallest building after she was done checking me in. The room was in some dungeon part of the hotel. I got lost trying to find because there was not adequate signs to give direction. Know that it was going to be hard to find the room, it would have been nice to have been escorted or given a map at the very least. Well, at least the room was clean. Perhaps if I spend more next time, my experience will be better.

Stayed here many times. My first "Capri" room was okay & location of I.P is awesome. 2nd time got 2 double beds pressed to one another & a cigarette stained floor. Upgraded to classic - not much better. Then upgraded to "Deluxe" & recieved a room with a ed that felt like it was nothing but coils in a room with worse stained carpets than I'd seen before. Also if you want a semi warm shower it's a gamble any time of the day. Hash House a GoGo has a good rep, if you're okay with gaining 10ibs. Ginseng has a limited asian menu that in my opinion is no good, only + is being open 24/7. I suggest spending a little more for a hotel nearby you don't feel dirty sleeping in.
