We were very disappointed in the room we had with Sahara Hotel. The room smelled very bad, the carpet was dirty and had stains all over it. The bathtub had rust spots all over it and the bed was horrible, very uncomfortable. We had placed a do not disturb sign on our door and the cleaning people removed it and went into our room. We knew it was them because the bathroom was restacked with towels and etc and the bed had new sheets on it. That made us feel very unsafe. We couldn't get into our room so we had to go back downstairs and get a new one. I would never stay there again.

The customer service was okay. The room quality was horrible.Bed sheets were nasty.There was blood stains on the sheets.The water pressure was very low.The bath tub was rusted and corroded! The casino was nicer than the room quality. Pay a little more for a better hotel.

I have stayed at the Sahara several times whenn visiting Vegas. It is an excellent value for your money. The staff is very friendly and helpful in anyway. Gambling at the Sahara is great for those people who don't like to spend a lot of money on one bet at the table. They have dollar black jack and roulette which is hours of fun! I have stayed at so many hotels in Vegas including Planet Holloywood, Ceasars, and the Tropicana and I always end up back at the Sahara. It is my favorite!
