We just stayed at Harrah's Laughln and had the best time ever!!! The beach is a huge selling point!!! The hotel is beautiful and all the employees were very friendly and helpful. The Starbuck's there was the BEST!!!! Our stay was super enjoyable!!! The gaming was equally excellent!!! This is the place to go if you're heading to Laughlin!!! Ride the water taxi, it's fun!! Hanging out on Harrah's beautiful stretch of beach is the greatest thing ever. Can't wait to go back!!!! Thanks!!!!

The hotel room was alright, nothing special. the wait to catch an elevator was very long. we had to wait in line for over ten minutes to get up to the room or catch a ride down. Everyone was complaining and it wasn't like there was only a few elevators, there were six of them. I wouldn't stay there again

When we arrived at Harrahs on Thurs., we decided to make reservations for a jet ski on Sat. We were hurried through the reservation process and the policies were never explained to us. We were rushed into paying for the reservation--$*.On the day of renting the jet ski it was raining hard and cold and my husband wasn't feeling well. We asked if we could cancel and get our money back since it was raining. They were very rude and wouldn't refund us anything. They told us to go out and play in the rain. I'm sure that everyone knows that playing in the rain, on the water, with lightening doesn't mix. Watercraft Adventure is not part of the Harrahs hotel. They have several locations at different hotels. So if you want to rent a jet ski, I recommend to rent them on the day that you want to play. Other than that, Everyone at Harrahs was great. Our room was very comfortable and we had a great time.

Harrahs has always been my choice in laughlin. I always considered it upscale for the area with nice rooms and friendly service. it seems the economy has affected them too. the room was clean & roomy but could use some updating. They did not have the room type i reserved available. I booked thru the travel agency and the clerk said there was no more in their block of rooms. she did however get me my requested room outside of the travel agency's block of rooms. she was friendly but implied that if you don't booked directly with the hotel you should expect these things. Its still a quality hotel but not as i remembered. It is isolated from other casinos and if miss the last water taxi at night you may have to walk a distance uphill. I would stay there again but will probably try someplace else next time as a base of comparison.

Check-in was super slow. Some food in buffet was old. The Tuesday night server in buffet (southside) was extremely slow in getting drinks. She claimed she did not see us. Isn't that her job to know?
