We stayed one night while at the Grand Canyon. It was a great place, well maintained and the service was excellent, including special coupons to the IMAX about the Grand Canyon - A must see, next to the Hotel. The restuarant was excellent, 4 star service and great food, either a Buffet or off the menu. We would recommend this to our friends, thanks, ABC and PQR

Good location. Continental breakfast is limited(for instance, only whole milk with cereal) but pancakes were good. Visitors always have option of full hot breakfast for reasonable price. Staff attentive. Prior review said "watched suspiciously" but I think that is because they were refilling coffee/tea at tables not suspicious. Mattresses were new and comfortable. They are in the process of replacing them all. I was glad we had an interior door so we did not have to go outside before and after hot tub. Some have exterior entry only with interior balconies. Visited in October so we may have had a better experience because it was not overcrowded. Concierge available and helpful as was front desk. Our cost was very reasonable.

The hotel was ideally located and the restaurant food was wonderful. The only negative I would mention was that the room smelled a little musty. Not sure why. Aside from that, everything was very clean and comfortable - and the staff was terrific.

This hotel is clearly not a "resort" and not worth the amount charged. The room was spacious with a sitting area, but should have been updated many years prior given the amount being charged. The free "continental breakfast" consisted of cereal, milk, juice, and disgusting -- the hotel clearly does not understand the concept of a continental breakfast. Unfortunately, all the hotels in the area are similarly priced so lodging outside the Grand Canyon is limited. I would suggest the hotels inside the Grand Canyon. Even if they are crappy, you have views of the canyon from your room.
