Our first "Facebook Fan Appreciation" upgrade room was clearly not cleaned when we arrived. We went back down to lobby for a new room, which turned out to be a downgraded room. We called about the forgotten "Fan" upgrade and they had us change rooms again. The third room was a total disaster, never cleaned either. The 4th room was just a room and by this time, 2 hours after initial check in, it was livable though a disappointment. Another "fan" upgrade was a 4p check out that we requested/reminded during each room swap. I called down the next morning just to make sure they didn

I pre paid for both my rooms online through AAA, upon check in the hotel said they had not received payment from AAA so I had to pay their rates. I attemepted to contact AAA and had to wait till after our vacation to speak to someone to get resolved. Did not get refunded until almost 2 weeks after trip. Other than double paying the hotel was very nice.

because we used the "Secret Hotel" we were not able to leave and get a refund. It's a half mile from the strip. The Tram is $* pp for one stop. Everything is overpriced. We tried for 30 min to get a drink while playing slots, the casino is seperated, the pool is very small. we got a so called free upgraded room - to smoking, because that's all they had at chk in - the rooms are small and our 3rd floor view was obstructed by a roof line, the "newly remodeled" rm had obscure stains on the bench, the tv blasted when you turned it on, internet was $* a day, a bottle of beer at a show was $*. When we arrived on a Friday night, there were TWO people working the check in line - rediculous!

Great set up for watching the games - great sports book plus they they set uo their theatre with multiple giants tvs -great ambienance for watching the games; food and drink easily accessible. I usually stay on the strip- Mandalay, Ceasers or Wynn but decided to try the Hilton for March Madness and really enjoyed it. Casino is smaller; there isn't much nightlife at the hotel itself but monorail enterance right by elevator to our room and you can be down to center strip area in just a few minutes. Without a doubt I would stay there for March Madness again.

When we arrived to our room it was clean and very spacious. The closet was large with more than enough room to store our luggage bags. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. We did have a problem with our remote control for the TV on the first night. We had the front desk replace it with a new one and it worked fine. Overall very nice room.
