This was my husbands and my first trip to Vegas! It was SO much fun! Little sleep due to the adrenaline rush of being in VEGAS! We stayed March 13-17th arriving at The Flamingo at 1am...during spring break! lol! There was a problem with the hotel being overbooked but we patiently waited approximately 45 minutes to be given an upgrade to a 1 bedrm GO suite. Very nice! The front desk staff were very super and exhibited great patience with some people who were annoyed. Our clerk was from Queens NY which I thought was funny because we came from the same state - not NYC though. The next day we were moved to a deluxe GO room just as we reserved and it was very nice actually the view of the mountains was like a photograph : #41 Staff was friendly and courteous! Rooms were clean maid service was kind. Would definately stay here again! Location was superb making it easy to access all of the surrounding hotels and casinos! : #41

Another great stay at the Flamingo. Been staying there for years and getting comped for many years. It's all about the Total Rewards program, you donty have to be a high roller to get comped free nights and some meals comped. Can't beat the location for price if you are paying for a room. You can pay big money for a nicer room someplace else but who goes to vegas to stay in a room. I have stayed in the Flamingo's basic rooms, Go Rooms and Mini Suites. They have all been fine all these years. Thanks for another great stay.

Had a nice stay at the Flamingo. Excellent room overlooking the strip, great for the price. Could do a better job cleaning things such as air intake vents but overall very good. Food at the coffee shop was very good the 2x's I was there.

Was there from Monday thru Friday. I had a GO room. The rooms are small, bathrooms had alot to be desired. It was OK but there are other hotels on the strip that offer newer amenities. I will not stay there again.

I disagree with some of the reviews because even at the cheapest rate you can have some remodeled rooms with a great view. The bars, casino, location, & customer service are generally great. I've had one older room which didn:t have the best furniture or carpet, but was clean & "good". My one complaint HOUSEEPING. They don't allow "Do not disturb" signs, so if you want to sleep in you'll be interrupted. I requested that my room NOT be serviced so that I could sleep & leave knowing my belongings were safe. I returned finding my belongings (includng cash ) had been moved, & pillows from the bed on a couce as if they tried to make the bed then changed their mind. On top of thta they'd still opened the door on me in the morning. Since the remodels the hotel has been great, with the exception of lack of privacy. This is the only hotel within the chain that hasn't respected my belongings & space.
