My room was ready when I got there. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. The beds are comfy. There's many things to do just within San's town. Most of the guests are seniors. The place with the buffet has good food and lots of deserts. I had awesome serive at the T.G.I.F. I had a great time at Sam's Town and would def. go back. Not that far from the strip and there's a free shuttle that takes you to the strip.

Sam's Town is a nice place to stay. The Casino is not as busy as the strip ones and the rooms are plain and cheaper so you aren't wasting your money on something just to sleep. It is a bit off the beaten path from the strip but, they do offer a free shuttle into the strip almost every hour and back. I only wish that at checkin they had given us maps, shuttle schedules and some free tokens and a meal. It used to be that most hotels gave you a packet of free coupons etc for staying with them, but I did not receive this from Sam's Town. Maybe I should have asked for these. Be sure and ask at least for the shuttle schedule.

Everything was just fine. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Everything you could want in one place if that is what you are looking for. Away from the strip but that was fine with us; drove to Strip at night. Didn't use the shuttle, but would have if we didn't have a rental. No complaints. Older crowd but that means no noise at night when you are trying to sleep which is a good thing. Second time staying here and would again; the price is right.

The service and the room were way above my exspectations. Iwas very pleased and would recommend Sams Town as the place to stay when you visit Las Vegas. Value was well above and worth the cost. Our room had a great view of the park and laser light show. We ate at Willy and Joses food was excellent. The only negative I had was to pay for internet services which I feel should beincluded with the room
